When Sunday School Classes of the Greek Orthodox Cathedral of the Annunciation, Atlanta, Georgia are scheduled and occur on Zoom or a similar Internet platform, each family must give their consent for their child or children’s participation as these Zoom lessons will be recorded. The purpose of recording these lessons is to make them available to everyone so that they can be viewed at the student or family’s convenience, (i.e. a student misses all or part of a class, they can go back and review the lesson). This signed release form is required by the principal parties, (i.e. parents of the student(s) in order to acknowledge and offer their consent. *
